Consumer's guide for newcomers

Service Alberta has developed a handbook called Welcome to Alberta: A Consumer's Guide for Newcomers to help people new to the province understand their consumer rights and how to obtain services such as getting a driver's licence and renting a home. 

New rules for bare land condos

Legislation governing condominiums has been passed to help protect bare land condo owners from large assessments to repair and maintain managed property. 

Connecting rural Alberta

Eligible households in rural central Alberta will now have access to high-speed Internet by satellite through the Alberta government’s plan to connect at least 98 per cent of Albertans.
