How to Incorporate/Register a Business or Non-Profit Body


The process of incorporation or registration depends on the type of entity you want to form. Each type of entity has unique forms and fees.  Most must be submitted to a registry agent or other authorized service provider.  Cooperatives forms must be submitted to the Director of Cooperatives.  Forms for Alberta non-profit companies, religious societies, and societies must be submitted to Corporate Registry.
