- There are no prescribed forms to register a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). When registering an LLP, the application must contain, or confirm:
- The name of the LLP
- That the LLP carries on the practice of an eligible profession
- That there is either one or two representative partners in Alberta
- That the registered address and, if present, the address for service by mail is in Alberta
- The originating jurisdiction - for extra-provincial limited liability partnership registrations
- That the professional endorsement has been provided
- That the proof of status from the home jurisdiction is present - for extra-provincial limited liability partnership registrations
