Project Partners

The Government of Alberta has partnered with Bell Canada and Axia SuperNet Ltd. to develop and deploy the Alberta SuperNet.

Bell Canada

• Prime for the initial construction of the SuperNet
  
  
• Owns the infrastructure in the base area network’s 27 urban communities and provides services to Axia SuperNet Ltd.
  
  
• Works with the Government of Alberta to ensure access to high-speed services in SuperNet communities

Axia SuperNet Ltd. 

• Prime for operation of the network
   
  
• Works with public sector organizations and Internet service providers to ensure open access, services and quality control in the extended area network’s 402 smaller communities
